Allergens & Dietary Requirements
Please be aware that Heavenleigh Cakes does not cater for allergies. All cakes contain eggs, butter, flour, gluten, wheat and dairy. All cakes are produced in an environment where nuts are present.
It is extremely important that you make us aware of any dietary issues that may affect your order. If after ordering you discover an intolerance or allergy, please contact us as soon as possible.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Heavenleigh Cakes of any special dietary needs. We accept no liability for allergic reactions.

Booking Policies
Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery and what to expect when you book with Heavenleigh Cakes.
Delivery & Setup
I strongly recommend that Heavenleigh Cakes delivers and sets up all wedding cake orders. Stacked cakes can be very heavy and fragile — professional delivery ensures your cake arrives in perfect condition.
Your wedding cake will be delivered on the morning of your wedding. It is your responsibility (along with the venue) to ensure the cake table is stable, level and sturdy enough to support the cake.
In warmer months, an air-conditioned room is ideal. Please do not refrigerate cakes, and be aware that heat and humidity can affect your cake’s condition.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct delivery information and to ensure the venue is open and available at the arranged time.
Deposits
All wedding cake orders require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Your order will not be treated as confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Payment
Payments are made to Heavenleigh Cakes by bank transfer.
Final payment for wedding cakes is due six weeks before your delivery date. For celebration cakes, final payment is due four weeks before collection.
Your order will not be released until full payment has been received.
Alterations & Cancellations
Before your order is confirmed, a labelled sketch will be sent to you to approve the design, size and flavours. Please check all details carefully — it is your responsibility to contact us with any changes.
I’ll do my best to accommodate changes where possible. Any alterations may affect your quoted price, including any supplies already purchased.
Stand Hire & Returns
I have a beautiful selection of cake stands available to hire at no additional charge. A refundable deposit is required, which varies depending on your chosen stand.
Damages & Liability
Heavenleigh Cakes is not responsible for any damage to the cake after delivery and setup is complete. You and your venue are responsible for providing an appropriate, secure table and environment.
I am not liable for damage caused by temperature, weather conditions, or external factors after handover.
Photography
I photograph all cakes upon delivery. By placing an order, you agree that Heavenleigh Cakes reserves the right to use any photographs for display, promotion, or marketing purposes — including on the website, social media and printed materials.
Complaints & Disclaimer
If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please let me know immediately on the day of your event. Without proof of the issue, I will be unable to process any refund.
